Short Walks to Great Views Brochure

A new brochure detailing a series of 'Short Walks to Great Views' is now available. It lists walks at each Alpine Resort, ranging from an easy 500m stroll at Lake Mountain to classic walks on the Bogong High Plains. "You don't have to be super-fit to enjoy some of the best short walks on the roof of Victoria", says Andrew Fairley, the Chairperson of the Alpine Resorts Co-ordinating Council.

The brochure was developed by the Alpine Resorts Co-ordinating Council as part of its advocacy for the development of the Alpine Resorts as all season destinations. The walks offer a tourism 'product' that summer visitors can be assured will be accessible and open. The selection, and where necessary upgrading, of the featured walks involved the five Victorian Alpine Resort Management Boards and Parks Victoria.
